about serre

We built Serre so parents could hand something off and trust it would actually get held.

Serre turns what's living in your head — routines, standards, the things only you know — into something clear enough to hand to someone else. Built for the parts of running a family that were never written down anywhere, until they had to be.

our mission

Every household carries a second job: the remembering, deciding, and explaining that keeps running in the background, whether or not it's written down anywhere.

That job doesn't show up on a to-do list, because it isn't a task — it's the weight of holding everything in mind at once, and being the only one who can. Serre exists to take that weight off, one open loop at a time — starting with the ones you could hand to someone else, if only they were written down.

serre, from serrer — to hold tight

That's what we do: hold the parts of running a family you can't afford to drop, so you're not carrying all of it alone.

Built by a parent who was tired of being the only backup system

Founder, Instinct Labs

I started Instinct Labs because I kept being the single point of failure for my own household — the one who remembered the form was due, the one who caught the schedule conflict, the one who never fully put it down.

Serre started as the thing I built for myself: a way to get what was in my head into something I could actually hand off. I built the company to do that for other parents too.

Hand it off. Stop carrying it alone.
